expertise free of charge to assist Developers in determining the best mix of broadband
entertainment and communications services for your master-planned community.
Ownership Sharing - PrimeVision distinguishes themselves by establishing a joint venture
relationship that allow Developers to hold ownership and some control in the continuing
entities that will be formed for your master-planned community. Ownership arrangements
truly set PrimeVision apart from the competition. Ownership affords Developers a percentage
of ALL profits created from the ownership of the last mile infrastructure in a community.

Door Fee Arrangements are designed for Developers who desire to “cash-out” and close
the books as the build-out is complete. Each time a dwelling unit receives a Certificate of
Occupancy, Developers receive a one-time fee.
Revenue Sharing arrangements are designed to provide Developers a portion of the
community’s service revenue. This allows the Developers to enjoy long term annuity income.
Revenue from Other Services - PrimeVision will review with Developers the possibility of
also sharing revenues and/or profits relating to commercial and other services sold into your
