Steven Leone, Chairman

Mr. Leone spent 18 years as a partner and leader of KPMG LLP’s “Information, Communications, and Entertainment Practice”. Leone has assisted in PrimeVision’s evolution from that of a private cable operator to an MSO, focusing the Company’s efforts on large franchise opportunities throughout the United States. Each cable system partnership with PrimeVision and its land developer and home builder partners) is structured by Leone. He continues to develop new revenue streams and strategic alliances for the Company. Leone’s activities fall outside that of a typical Chairman of the Board in that he is involved with all aspects of the Company, including daily operations.

Tod Workman, C.E.O.

Mr. Workman is the former President of Glades Telecommunications, Inc. (“GTI”) and has spent approximately 15 years in the cable industry and over 25 years in construction and development. While at GTI, Workman built and operated master-planned community cable systems and he is through the “Bulk Service” model for residential single-family communities. Mr. Workman focuses on developer relations, agreements and development coordination, and regulatory approvals. Workman has acquired cable franchises in Lyon County, Nevada and Eagle Mountain, Utah.

Scott Leslie, President

Mr. Leslie brings 21 years of sales management, sales, marketing and programming expertise as a former executive with media conglomerates Scripps Howard, Ellis Communications and Gannett. Leslie has developed and implemented the Company’s land developer and home builder sales and marketing campaign. Mr. Leslie and his sales team build relationships with key land developers and home builders, and associations in related fields, including engineering firms, real estate attorneys and technology vendors throughout the United States. The project sales pipeline is a major asset of the Company.

Geovanny Proano, C.O.O/C.T.O.

Mr. Proano is a former executive with telecommunications giants AT&T and Southern New England Telephone. Proano manages all the network technology and engineering, as well as third-party relationships and negotiations required to deliver the Company’s FTTP (“Fiber-To-The-Premise”) broadband solutions. With assistance from the Company’s C.E.O. on the construction front and the Chairman with certain operational functions, he directs operations and engineering for the Company.

Tim Kennedy, National Sales Director

Mr. Kennedy is a former sales and marketing executive with Qwest Communications, where he launched Qwest’s developer and home builder sales channel. He brings over 16 years of management and sales experience in the communications and financial services industries, and is focused on securing relationships and contracts with the Company’s target customers. Kennedy’s industry specific expertise has been a great asset to the Company.

Ron Donnell, Director, Engineer & Construction

Mr. Donnell has been involved with FTTP engineering and construction since 2002 where he helped establish the largest FFTP community infrastructure at that time for Hometown Cable TV in St. Lucie County, Florida. He has been involved in the communications business for over 27 years. Donnell has developed and redesigned several industry products, including his most recent redesign of the OFS 160 Orbital Cabinet. Donnell is focused on securing vendor relations and contracts for construction to establish a secure and functional fiber network for the Company.
